Puppy Luv Pet Services was established in 2012. It has since built a reputation as one of the premier pet services providers in the DMV area winning the Arlington Award Program “Best of Arlington” award in the dog walking category in 2018. We are excited to be able to submit this proposal to extend our professional services to The St. James Sports Complex.
This proposal is a summary of the services we provide. Puppy Luv is a pet service that caters to urban professionals. We know that as busy individuals, our clients desire someone to care for their pets while away from home. We offer flexible pet packages that are structured to the client’s specific needs, such as an early morning visit or a last minute late night service. What sets us apart from the pack is that we take a personal interest in the pets that we care for.
We provide our clients with a cloud based management tool that allows photos of their pet’s antics and happiness to be shared while in our care. The app notifies our clients when walks are started and completed. It also provides GPS tracking, direct chat, and notes immediately available for viewing.
Lindsey established Puppy Luv from her love of dogs. She started with one client and built the company to multiple luxury apartment contracts. With the help of her team, Lindsey strives to give consistent quality service to all animals. The goal is to make Puppy Luv an international corporation that brings luv around the world! For now, we enjoy bringing our luv to the DMV.
When it comes to customer support or questions, Jerome is your guy! His career in IT support expands over 13 years, specializing in IT security. On top of being our Operations Manager, recruiter, and support specialist, he is our resident DJ for our puppy parties and events!
Pernell has been a professional dog groomer for 10+ years. Over the course of his career, he has worked for both corporate and private companies. This has provided him opportunities to work with a variety of different breeds of dogs. Pernell’s extensive experience has taught him many techniques with trimming and shaving dogs based on their physical needs and their owner’s desires. Also, through extensive research, Pernell has learned to observe the mannerisms of dogs in order to build their trust. Being a groomer has not only provided him an outlet for creativity, growth, and learning opportunities, but it has allowed him to build meaningful and lasting relationships with both dogs and their owners alike.
Natia’s 10+ years of customer service experience have groomed her to be efficient, understandable, and organized in her responsibilities. She is passionate about the needs and goals of our clients and their furry friends. Her knowledge of computers applies to managing our online communication department; however, her primary duty is helping Puppy Luv stay organized and focused on growth.
